How Kinloch works

Kinloch keeps the medical-access journey clear while preserving the role of independent clinical review.

Your path through Kinloch

  1. Explore and build a cart, if you choose

Use the Wheel to compare governed product families and attributes, then save products in your cart. Product results are informational and do not replace clinical assessment.

  2. Create a secure account

Your account keeps intake, documents, updates, and permitted next steps together in one place.

  3. Authorize a payment hold

For clinical intake, secure checkout places a hold for the cart total before intake begins. A hold reserves available credit; it is not a charge.

  4. Start your clinical intake

Start clinical intake or upload an existing valid Part 14 document from another Canadian practitioner for verification. Share the information needed for clinical review. Kinloch explains why information is requested and how to continue.

  5. A nurse practitioner reviews your information

A licensed nurse practitioner makes the independent decision and may request a clarification call. Kinloch communicates the outcome 24 to 48 hours after your intake is submitted.

  6. Continue from the decision

Payment is captured only after authorization, registration, and order acceptance; otherwise the hold is released. An existing-document patient proceeds to checkout after verification.

Product discovery and clinical care stay separate

Wheel settings help organize product attributes. They do not enter the clinical record, make a clinical recommendation, or influence a nurse practitioner's independent decision.
