Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about product discovery and the medical-access journey. This information is not medical advice; authorization decisions are made by a licensed nurse practitioner.
- What is the Kinloch Wheel?
- Kinloch brings secure intake, nurse practitioner review, and the next steps after an authorization decision into one clear experience.
- What does the wheel ask?
- Adjust the Wheel yourself or answer up to four optional questions. Your choices organize products by category and product details. Using the Wheel does not complete your clinical intake or provide medical authorization.
- How are product results organized?
- Results may show how closely each product matches your choices, along with details such as cannabinoid profile, format, and category. This information is for product comparison only. It is not medical advice and does not predict how a product will affect you.
- Who can use Kinloch?
- Kinloch is available to adults who meet the legal age for cannabis in their province or territory and reside where we operate. You confirm your age before entering the site.
- Do I need a medical document to start?
- No. You can complete the secure intake first. A licensed nurse practitioner reviews the information and determines the next steps, including whether an authorization is appropriate. If you already have a valid medical document, you can tell us during intake.
- Is my health information kept private?
- Information you provide is treated as sensitive, protected with encryption, and stored in Canada under the platform's privacy controls. Product-discovery information remains separate from clinical intake.
- How do I contact Kinloch?
- Use the Contact page for non-clinical support. For questions about your care, use your secure account so the appropriate clinical team can respond.
